Value regeneration and remanufactured turbochargers usher in a new journey toward green development.

Recently, as policies supporting the remanufacturing industry continue to be strengthened and industry standards keep improving, remanufactured turbochargers—thanks to their core advantages of energy and material savings, as well as high efficiency and environmental friendliness—have emerged as a new highlight in the development of the circular economy for automotive parts. This is driving the relevant industries to steadily shift from the traditional “repair and refurbishment” model toward standardized “industrial manufacturing.”

Remanufactured turbochargers start with the recovery of used components and strictly adhere to the "JBT 12743-2016 Remanufacturing Process Specifications for Internal Combustion Engine Turbochargers." The entire process—from disassembly and cleaning to precision inspection, repair and assembly, and performance testing—is standardized and rigorously executed. As a result, the final performance can be restored to a level that is equal to or even superior to that of new products—a fundamental distinction from traditional repair methods.
Compared to new products, remanufactured turbochargers not only significantly save on raw materials and energy consumption and reduce waste emissions, but their cost is also only about half that of new ones. At the same time, they come equipped with a comprehensive quality traceability system and warranty services, striking a balance between cost-effectiveness and reliability. They can effectively meet market demands while also contributing to the achievement of the “dual carbon” goals and providing solid support for green development in related sectors.
